GSK Marketing Effectiveness Award

March 2004

Following our work on GSK Vaccines anti-malarial drug Malarone, we were delighted to find out that the campaign created by Oak won the GSK 2003 Marketing Effectiveness Award.

With competition from all GSK divisions, this award is given to the marketing team that has created the most effective campaign based on achievement of communication and business objectives.

The 2003 Malarone campaign focused on introduction of the pediatric dose, as well as continuing to build sales. The creative concept focused on portraying protection, with bespoke photography depicting a mother and child's hands in a tropical location. Oak created the advertising campaign and developed all marketing collateral materials including sales presenters, practice materials and patient facing materials.
